1. gamigo is the new publisher for Last Chaos US. What does this mean?

gamigo is one of the leading publishers of free-to-play online games. We already know Last Chaos inside and out because we publish, manage, and support the European versions of the game. We are very excited to receive the publishing license for Last Chaos US from Aeria Games. US players will now be a special part of our large international Last Chaos community, which includes Germany, France, Poland, Italy and Spain!

gamigo has received all active accounts from the past 12 months. If you have logged into the game at least once during the past year, your account has been transferred.

2. Can I just login and play as usual?

Yes! Your login information hasn’t changed, and the Last Chaos launcher still works just fine. You can simply boot up and play right now without changing a thing.

3. I forgot my password. What shall I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it. Use the ‘forgot password’ function and follow the instructions: https://en.gamigo.com/lcus/en/cashshop

4. gamigo´s headquarters are in Germany. What does this mean for my server connection?

The new Last Chaos US servers are located in our US data center. Also, the game is supported directly from our San Francisco office with added support from our German headquarters. We’re ready to provide you with a fast, stable connection and local support!

5. Will the in-game server names change?

No, we will keep the current names – Katrissa, Vinicius and Nereus. There will be no changes to the game or characters during this transfer.

6. Can I use my Aeria points?

No, unfortunately we were not able to transfer these outside of their company. All of your premium items and purchases are still with you, of course. In order to accommadate you as best we can, we are offering individualized welcome gifts, which you will receive in the form of a voucher code to your registered email address.

7. How can I use my voucher?

You can redeem your voucher on your MY GAMIGO page: https://en.gamigo.com/mygamigo

  1. Click on the option to purchase game cash: https://en.gamigo.com/lastchaos/de/cashshop
  2. Choose a Cash package.
  3. Enter your voucher code in the field below.

8. What is MY GAMIGO?

This is our game portal: https://en.gamigo.com

A new gamigo account has been automatically created for you. You can login to it using your e-mail address and Last Chaos password. On our portal you can find a list of your current games, purchase Last Chaos Cash, and add other gamigo games to your library.

9. I already have a Last Chaos account at gamigo. What will happen to it?

We will administrate both accounts separately. You can find all of your accounts at My Gamigo.

10. There’s a new forum? How do I login?

There is a new Last Chaos US website and forum, located on gamigo’s servers. No forum data has been transferred, so you will have to register from scratch. Visit our forum to register and to find further information: http://lastchaos.gamigo.com/us/forum

11. What will happen with the Social Media Pages – Facebook, Youtube, Twitter?

All social media pages will remain the same. We will be updating you through them as usual.
